Why we exist.

When they die their families spend months in probate court, lose thousands in fees, and fight over things that could have been settled in an afternoon. We are building the platform that changes that — AI-guided estate planning that any family can afford and actually complete. We are early, we are moving fast, and every person we hire has an outsized impact on what we become.
How we work.

We tell users what we can and cannot do. We do not oversell. We do not hide behind legal disclaimers. We build trust by being straight with people.
Move with urgency
90 million families need this. Every week we do not ship is a week someone's family goes unprotected. We move fast and we fix things.
Own the outcome
We do not hand things off and forget about them. If you work on something at Logan you own it end to end — the idea, the build, the result.
Build for real people
Our users are not tech-savvy early adopters. They are parents, homeowners, and people who just lost someone. We build for them, not for ourselves.
